The somatic experience led by sound bath facilitator Vivek, will be centered around the body’s Chakra energy points. Be prepared to experience a gentle transformation, feeling a harmonious balance and alignment enveloping you.

* To make the most of your experience, please arrive early and ensure your mobile devices are on silent.

* We recommend coming well-hydrated and with a comfortably satisfied belly – not too full or too empty. This balance will help you achieve the best results during your meditation.

Vivek is a certified sound healing facilitator accredited by IPHM. He studied the ancient art of sound healing in Nepal from under the guidance of several different teachers. With Himalayan singing bowls, he explores the deep and profound world of sound therapy. Sound healing has brought Vivek a profound sense of well-being, and he’s enthusiastic about sharing its benefits with others. Whether it’s the mental and physical relaxation, or addressing issues like anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, high blood pressure, pain, or even spiritual growth, Vivek believes in the power of sound to heal. Through his Himalayan singing bowls which emit a unique vibration, frequency and tone, helping the body achieve balance and health.
