I’m excited to share a special milestone—Somatic Sounds is celebrating its one-year anniversary! This past year has been incredible, and I couldn’t have done it without your support, kind words, and belief in the power of sound healing.
Looking Back Somatic Sounds has grown in so many meaningful ways. We’ve moved into a cozy new studio, creating the perfect space for relaxation and renewal. I’ve also added five antique Himalayan singing bowls, each between 30 and 50 years old. Their unique tones and vibrations have brought an even deeper resonance to the sessions.
Beyond the studio, I’ve had the privilege of sharing the benefits of sound healing at retreats, conferences, and even with curious middle school students. I’ve also, formed new alliances with wellness practitioners, and our free monthly community meditation group, with Om Source Wellness, has grown significantly in attendance 🙏☯️.
